In addition, we execute EPC projects (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) as complete turnkey deliveries. Oppsteg assumes full responsibility for engineering, procurement, construction, installation, and commissioning, with a strong focus on quality and schedule. This provides our customers with a single responsible party, predictable execution, and reduced interface and project risk
Project Management
Oppsteg delivers project administrative services across the entire project lifecycle—from early concept studies and execution to commissioning and handover. Our team brings extensive experience in key project disciplines including project management, scheduling and planning, cost control, document control, procurement, and risk management.
We are highly proficient in leading industry-standard project tools such as PIMS and Omega 365. In several projects, Oppsteg has been responsible for managing these tools, ensuring quality, transparency, and efficiency throughout project execution.
Our first delivery of administrative services began in the early stages of the Green Zinc Odda project for Boliden Odda in 2019, where we helped establish the framework for the project organization and execution strategy. From then until the end of 2025 and the completion of the Boliden GZO project, Oppsteg has provided key personnel to support project execution.

Engineering
In 2025, Oppsteg expanded our service portfolio to meet the evolving needs of the industry and our growing customer base. We now offer expertise in structural engineering, process design, and mechanical engineering. Together with our sister company, Pressura, we provide a comprehensive and well-suited package of services for the industrial sector.
In Q3 2025, Oppsteg was contracted by Ragn-Sells Havbruk in their project to develop complete collection solution for dead-fish and waste collection in the aquaculture industry. In this ongoing project Oppsteg deliveres process engineering, structural engineering, and project management. We are also drawing on additional expertise and resources from our inVestland sister companies, including Pressura and Smart Production.
EPC
By combining our project management and engineering expertise at Oppsteg, we provide a solid foundation for delivering turnkey EPC contracts. Together with our partners in inVestland, we expand our collective capabilities and strengthen our capacity to take on larger and more complex projects with confidence. This collaboration supports our mission to be a versatile and flexible partner—capable not only of providing project management and engineering services, but also of delivering complete, high-complexity solutions from start to finish.
Flue gas channel delivered to Equinor Mongstad in the spring of 2025 as an in-house collaboration between Oppsteg and Pressura. The scope of work included the engineering and procurement and construction of a replacement gas channel with highly complex geometry, developed based on detailed site scans. The project was completed within 16 weeks from purchase order to delivery.
